A few good questions.
Where do I buy the card?
Open a physical listing, inspect the source photographs and seller, then follow “View seller on CardFlow” or “Find on CardFlow marketplace”. Complete the purchase on the original platform. eBay links open searches, not verified live eBay listings.
Who ships my order?
External purchases are handled by the original merchant. The optional Purchasing Desk is a manual service: its operator quotes the full cost, receives an approved crypto payment, then buys and arranges fulfillment separately. A request is not a reservation or completed merchant order. The desk remains closed until operator setup is complete.
Are these prices real?
Displayed asks and buy offers come from CardFlow’s public API. They are not completed-sale prices. Cached observations can lag changes, so confirm the final price, availability and shipping at the source.
What do condition and grades mean?
Raw cards carry the condition reported by the seller’s source: Near Mint, Lightly Played or Moderately Played. PSA, BGS and CGC grades appear only when the source provides a grading company and grade. We do not verify grading certificates or guarantee authenticity.
Why can a catalog card have no listings?
Catalog data identifies a card, not stock. We do not merge different printings, languages or variants on name alone. TCGdex entries without a verified variant match remain separate from CardFlow listings.
Where are my binder and wishlist stored?
Guest collections stay in your browser. Sign in with a wallet on the Profile page to save your collection to the cloud and access it on another device with the same wallet. Guest cards can be merged into the cloud account. JSON backup/restore and CSV export remain available.
Will alerts work while the app is closed?
Yes, for cloud accounts: saved watchlist thresholds are checked every 15 minutes on the server. Matches appear in the background inbox, and optional push notifications can arrive while the site is closed. Delivery depends on browser permission and OS support. Guest checks still run only while using the app.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. Every discovery and collector feature works without one. Wallet connection offers optional Robinhood Chain identity, network switching and balance viewing. It does not change how merchant checkout works.
What qualifies as a deal?
A listing must be at least 10% below the median of at least three active comparable listings from at least two sellers, matching exact source card, language, variant, condition and grade. Missing metadata prevents the deal label.
Can I sell here?
Use comparable asking prices and standing buyer offers to research your card, then visit an existing marketplace to list it or respond to an offer. PHYSICALTCG cannot submit listings or orders on your behalf.
